My new Addiction!!!!

I bought a few weeks ago a Fisheye Camera. One of those camera that gives a special effect to the picture.

With the camera on my hand, lots of ideas in my head and a desire to learn about it i decide to go arround pB and take pictures.

I didn't know how it was going to be, have never used this camera before, but it ended up being great!! Results better than expected!!!

BUZY WEEKEND!!!!

This weekend in San Diego and around was crazy!! So many things to do...

On Santurday was the Snoopy Dog and Slightly Stupid Concert at the Cricket Wireless Anfitheather. Mikey Avalon and Stephen Marley also played at this concert. Heard it was great. I really regreat i did not go, but i had to take my cousin to the airport in LA. But at least I had the chance to go to the HURLEY US OPEN OF SURFING, in Hunington Beach.

It was a great event! Lots lots of beautifull people, great waves and the winner was Bratt Simpson, a native from Hunington Beach. And the brazilian Mineirinho won from Kelly Slater at the quarter finals...great for us, as Kelly is 9X World Champion!

FARMER'S MARKET!

Today, the best thing to do is go to the Farmer's Market in Ocean Beach and grab to goooood food!

Yeah, the market starts at 4 and goes till 8, every wednesday, between Cable and Bacon st.

There you can find fresh vegetables, food in generals, arts, flowers, music and more!

It's also really nice for the sunset.

And if you want to extend your stay there, just go to the bars, there are plenty!!!!

TUESDAY IS TACO TUESDAY!!!!

For who doesn't know, today is the "Mexican" day in San Diego!
Everywhere you go you can have cheap TACOS and MARGARITAS!!!!
Some of the famous places are: Fred's, all restaurants in Old Town, PB Bar & Grill...well I guess I'll have to go to some different places...

And on Wednesdays is LOBSTER TACOS at World Famous!!!!
Really good!!!!
Well take your bike and cruise around PB, OB or Mission Beach, I'm sure there will be a lot going on tonight!

FIRST BLOG, FIRST POST!

Yes, if it wasn't for this class...no BLOG!!!

But i guess it can be fun!

When i was thinking for a subject for my Blog all that came to my mind was TRAVEL!

Well, maybe because i love to and i've been to many places.

But for me MANY is to enough!

Now i'm in San Diego. A "small"city in south California for those people who don't know where it is.

I say small because compared to Rio, where i'm from, it is really small!

When i got here, i told my friend that i was gonna stay for only 3 months, just a break from the "jungle"and she said to me that i wasn't going back home...she said that there is a bug in California, that when it bits you...man, you just fall in love for it.

I guess thats what happened to me.

Now i'm here, 1 year and 3 months later!!

And the first thing i want to say about this city is that it has the most beautifull sunset i've ever seen!!

Yeah, and i tell you i've been to many many places!!!

Everywhere you go you see it. Doesn't metter if you go to Mission Beach, Sunset Cliffs, Blacks Beach, Encinitas, Del Mar or PB. It's always beautifull.

But one of my favourits is by Crystal Pier in PB.
